High Efficiency Air Conditioning
Our 18 SEER variable speed inverter Air Conditioners have 180 stages of cooling and will reduce any homes total energy bill by one third. Instead of 14,000 Watts of electricity every time your compressor kicks on these units are low to high cycle and average less than 4,000 Watts to operate.
Hybrid Water Heaters
These "Heat Pump" water heaters suck in all the hot air from your garage and use it to heat your water. Using heat transfer these highly efficient water heaters will keep your garage cool and your water hot at the same time. With a cost of only $10 a month to operate versus the $60 monthly cost of a standard electric water they can reduce energy bills significantly.
Solar Attic Fans
These fans exhaust 1,000-1,200 cubic feet of hot air per minute from your attic space and keep the home free and clear of mold, mildew, moisture, and bacteria by pulling cooler air from the soffits of the home and releasing all the hot air out of the top. Using a DC Panel With A DC brushless motor these fans run 12-14 hours a day for free on the suns radiant energy. They work, they work, they work!!
Attic Insulation
Attic insulation is meant to be a heat and air transfer barrier from the 120-180 degree temperatures in your attic and the 75-80 degree temperature in your home. Often the only thing blocking these two temperatures from each other is 3-4 inches of 30 year old insulation. We bring the insulation depth up to the required 17.4 inches to meet the current government building codes.
Radiant Barrier
Reflective insulation is a high grade multi layered Fi-foil developed by NASA In the 50's. It blocks over 97% of the suns radiant heat from entering your attic space. It has an R-Value of 184 equal to seven feet of fiberglass insulation and will make the temperatures in your attic only ten degrees above the outside ambient air temperature. This cools down the heat index of the home and makes your A/C run tremendously less.
Aeroseal
Clean, Sanitize, And Seal your entire Air Conditioning duct system in no time!! Using a revolutionary scrubber fan to eliminate years of built up dust and a state of the art aerosol glue which seals all gaps and leaks in your duct work from the inside out, Aeroseal will increase air quality by enclosing your duct system and eliminating exposure to outside elements and particulates in the attic.
