Customer Termination: Notify us in writing 30 days in advance.
Direct Energy Termination: We may terminate Services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or as required by law.

Not misuse the Services, including reselling, distributing, or tampering with energy equipment.

9. Privacy Policy
